The Immunology Laboratories at Southern Research can assist you in the drug development process when you feel there may be immune system involvement. Since the 1980s the laboratory has used in vitro and in vivo assays to assess the immunomodulatory effects of biologics, vaccines, adjuvants, and anti-cancer/anti-HIV compounds. One of our primary strengths is our ability to work closely with you in developing assays and studies to meet your specific research needs.

• T and B cell lymphoproliferation assays
• Mixed lymphocyte response
• Mitogen stimulation
• NK and CTL assays
